At iWoWSoft Sdn. Bhd., we take the privacy and protection of our clients’ and employees’ information seriously.
All personal data processed through our Human Resource Management System (HRMS) is managed in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and related employment and taxation laws.
Our Commitment to Data Protection

All HRMS data is stored in secure Malaysian data-centre facilities with strong encryption, access control, and continuous monitoring.

We process personal data only for legitimate HR purposes such as payroll, leave, attendance, and statutory reporting.

We treat employee data as personal data and apply the same protection standards as for all other personal information.

All iWoWSoft staff and service partners are bound by strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

We support clients in meeting statutory data-retention requirements (for example, payroll records kept for at least seven years) and PDPA rights of access and correction.

Our infrastructure and vendors may change from time to time, but data-protection standards remain equal or stronger.
Your Role as a Client
Our clients act as Data Controllers and determine how long and why employee information is kept.
We provide secure features within the HRMS to help them meet their PDPA and statutory obligations.
Continuous Compliance
We review our privacy and security practices regularly and update them as laws and technologies evolve.
